About CAD60

A father-and-son project from Brisbane, Australia.

The Story

Father, son, and a shop problem.

Mark Tolley runs Sanctum Screens, a metal fabrication shop in Queensland, Australia. Mark and his team build gates, fences, and screens for homes and small commercial jobs.

Every quote needed a drawing. Every drawing took hours. Numbers got missed. Jobs got remade. The same problem came back every week.

His son, Harry Tolley, builds software. They put the problem and the fix together. The result is CAD60.

What It Is

A drawing tool for metal gates and fences.

CAD60 turns your site measurements into an A4 PDF drawing pack. It runs in a web browser. There is nothing to install.

Every drawing is built from a 3D model that we compute from your numbers. The same numbers, the same model, every time.

What We Care About

Accurate, or it doesn't ship.

A drawing that's close enough isn't good enough when someone's about to cut steel from it. Every dimension on every sheet comes from the same 3D solid, so if two views reference the same edge, they agree. That's the bar, and it's non-negotiable.

We build for the shop floor, not for a portfolio. Mark tests every new model against a real job at Sanctum Screens before it ships. If it doesn't hold up on a real quote, it doesn't go live.

Where We're At

Built in the open, one model at a time.

2025

Founded in Brisbane, Queensland, out of the drawing backlog at Sanctum Screens.

6 → 153

Models in the catalogue, grown from the first six on requests from fabricators using it week to week.

2,200+

Drawings generated by fabricators since March 2026.

Self-funded

No investors, no outside capital. Built and paid for by a father and son, not a board.
